if I understand correctly, then the author is referring to the well known electrolysis, a process converting water into oxigen and hydrogen.. the process is requiring a lot of electrical energy, where is this energy coming from??????

a simple read through of the information will supply you with the relevant info you required - a ferro-magnetic power supply - & I'm sure if fitted to a car then the car battery would me more than sufficient - & as it is such a small unit the power supply is not massive as assumed
